Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and identifying new team members
  • Taking team members through the onboarding process
  • Managing all work place training, orientations, injuries, etc.
  • Assisting Leadership with performance conversations documentation
  • Managing scheduling
  • Participate in call schedule
  • Manage Employee Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Maintain All Necessary and Current Employee Files and Documentation
  • Coordinate on-going interviews, hiring, new hire orientations and other duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field required; Human Resources specifically
  • 1 Year Experience in Human Resources setting
  • Experience in managing Privileged/Confidential Information
  • Professional, Detailed Oriented with Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Learn Regulations and Guidelines for Medicare and Medicaid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
