Responsibilities
- Recruiting and identifying new team members
- Taking team members through the onboarding process
- Managing all work place training, orientations, injuries, etc.
- Assisting Leadership with performance conversations documentation
- Managing scheduling
- Participate in call schedule
- Manage Employee Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Maintain All Necessary and Current Employee Files and Documentation
- Coordinate on-going interviews, hiring, new hire orientations and other duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field required; Human Resources specifically
- 1 Year Experience in Human Resources setting
- Experience in managing Privileged/Confidential Information
- Professional, Detailed Oriented with Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Ability to Learn Regulations and Guidelines for Medicare and Medicaid

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
